Support our operations team at our Beith depot with scheduling, journey planning, driver rotas and day-to-day customer service, helping every hire run smoothly from enquiry to invoice.
What we are looking for
- Organised and calm under pressure, with a good telephone manner
- Confident with email, spreadsheets and booking systems
- Knowledge of Ayrshire and the West of Scotland is a bonus
- Experience in transport, logistics or a busy office
